Cancellation Policy

When you booking an appointment , you are holding space on our calendar that is not longer available to other clients . Please ensure you let us know by phone as soon as you know you will not be able to make it to free the slot and arrange a new date .If you are running late for your appointment , we will still try to accomodate you provided that we are not seeing the next client directly after you . Otherwise, your session will only run until the original booking finish time , and you will be charged the full fee. Payment is required ahead to secure your appointment .Payment can be made when booking online or paid via bank transfer (details available upon request ).
